Our Cocktail Philosophy

Have you ever purchased a cocktail book only to be infuriated by the ridiculousness of the beverages themselves? It seems like the cocktails are often each accompanied by an obscure list of ingredients that are expensive and difficult to track down. That's always bothered us, so when we custom create a craft cocktail for each episode of 50 States of Whiskey, we make them easy to make, we use a set list of ingredients across all cocktails (so you don't have to buy something new for each), and they are delicious. They taste so good because our craft cocktails are made to emphasize the spirits, not mask them. We believe that all good cocktails have four ingredients that are backed up by a long history of drinking. A craft cocktail needs:
1. Spirits (preferably whiskey)
2. Water (this can mean ice)
3. Sugar (this can be a fruit or a liqueur)
4. Bitters (there are so many bitters to choose from)

Do you want to make incredible whiskey cocktails for any occasion? Well, you've come to the right place.
